Traitement des tumeurs du rein par radiofréquence

  Radio frequency of primary renal cancer is an efficient treatment. Complication and recurrence rates are more common in lesions ≥3 cm, but major complications remain low. We believe its indication may be increased up to 3-5 cm central tumor. Technical requirements must be respected (hydrodissection). A repeat ablation may be necessary in a small percentage of patients with larger lesions but size alone should not be considered a contraindication to RF treatment.
